Don’t forget!! This Sunday, Uptown Church will be having a combined service with Impact Church on 87 Beaufain St in historic downtown Charleston at 2:30PM (<---NOTE TIME CHANGE). This will be an awesome experience that you don’t want to miss!!

Uptown services will then be resuming as normal at the Citadel at 10:30AM on Sunday, November 4th.

We are so excited to announce the re-launch of Missional Communities! We have hit the reset button, and are really pumped about the changes that will be taking place. 

What are Missional Communities?
Missional Communities (or "MC's") are small groups of 5-10 people who meet for an hour and a half on a weekly basis to fellowship, grow together spiritually and "adopt" and serve their neighborhood.


What changes are taking place for the MC's at Uptown?

• Each Missional Community session will be 6 weeks long, and each session will be kicked off with a "Reset Party" (a casual evening consisting of a potluck and a brief introduction to the upcoming teaching series).  After the conclusion of each 6 week session, we will take 2 weeks off before meeting again for the next session.
• We will be combining Life Groups with Missional Communities, so at the end of each MC meeting, Life Groups will meet together for 15 minutes. 
• Each MC will plan a service project for the geographical community surrounding their meeting location throughout each 6 week session, and each session will conclude with the service project. 
• MCs will be meeting on different nights and in different locations across the city to make it easier for those of us with busy schedules to get involved.
